Our Experience at LCI Congress 2024
ConCntric’s experience at the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) Congress 2024 was stimulating and validating. As builders with decades of industry experience, it was great to see more companies embracing the core tenets of lean and evolving their approach to construction in real time.
