Before adopting ConCntric, Consigli used a point solution to lead value management. While this approach helped keep their project information in a centralized, cloud-based location, it could not layer risk, track deliverable timelines and provide the level of collaboration their team needed. The Results

Since ConCntric, Consigli has completely transformed their preconstruction process, saving time, improving collaboration and increasing efficiency. What was once a manual, time-consuming effort has become a seamless, real-time experience that allows them to focus more heavily on strategy and value management.

Consigli proved that ConCntric’s platform’s learning curve was minimal and could replace inefficiencies rather than introduce new ones by initially rolling it out to a small testing group within their company. Once the initial testers quickly adopted the platform, they shared it with the rest of the company, and now, 230 projects are housed in ConCntric. What began as 8 active projects in the testing phase has since become 80 active projects, allowing them to benefit from ConCntric’s structured workflows and centralized data system. 

One of the significant improvements has been in risk assessment and value management. Previously, these crucial tasks were inconsistently executed—now, 95% of Consigli’s active projects have documented risk assessments and value management logs, creating a more predictable and transparent process. In addition, ConCntric’s platform serves as a single source of truth for their team and clients, eliminating confusion around financial reporting and allowing teams to provide instant, accurate answers to clients and developers.
